NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR ISSUANCE OF QUALIFIED 501(C)(3) BONDS
BY THE WASHINGTON HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AUTHORITY

The Washington Health Care Facilities Authority (the “Authority”) will hold a public hearing on April 2, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. at its office at 410 – 11th Avenue S.E., Suite 201, Olympia, Washington 98504, regarding the proposed issuance by the Authority of one or more of its qualified 501(c)(3) bonds, as defined in Section 145 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), for hospitals or other health care facilities, in an original aggregate principal amount not-to-exceed $34,065,960 (the “Bonds”). The proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to Sea-Mar Community Health Center (the “Borrower”), a Washington nonprofit corporation and a “501(c)(3) organization” (as defined in the Code), for the purpose of providing all or part of the funds necessary to:

(i) refinance all or a portion of the Authority’s Revenue Bond, Series 2015C (Sea-Mar Community Health Center), which refinanced the costs of acquisition, renovation, equipping and/or remodeling of health care facilities owned and operated by the Borrower generally located at 2000 116th Avenue NE, Bellevue; 3801 150th Ave SE, Bellevue; 5007 Claremont Way, Everett; 233 2nd Ave S, Kent; 669 Woodland Square Loop S.E., Lacey; 17707 West Main Street, Monroe; 1010 E College Way, Mt. Vernon; 12812 101st Ave Ct. E, Puyallup; 7801 5th Ave. S., Seattle; 2121 S. 19th St., Tacoma; and 7803 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver;

(ii) refinance all or a portion of the Authority’s Revenue Bond, Series 2016B (Sea-Mar Community Health Center), which paid or reimbursed the Borrower for all or a portion of the costs of the acquisition of health care facilities owned and operated by the Borrower generally located at 4111 Alderwood Mall Blvd., Lynnwood, 1307 South 11th Street, Tacoma and 3712 South Cedar Street, Tacoma; and

(iii) finance the costs of acquisition, construction and/or equipping of health care facilities to be owned and operated by the Borrower and located at the addresses and in the not-to-exceed amounts as described below:

• 1710 Allen St., Kelso (not-to-exceed $800,000);
• 6004 Capitol Blvd. S Tumwater (not-to-exceed $2,495,000);
• 4111 Alderwood Mall Blvd., Lynnwood (not-to-exceed $5,600,000);
• 118 South Parkway Avenue, Battle Ground (not-to-exceed $1,100,000);
• 10001 17th Place South, Seattle (not-to-exceed $2,600,000);
• 14508 N.E. 20th Avenue, Vancouver (not-to-exceed $1,900,000);
• 830 S.E. Ireland, Oak Harbor (not-to-exceed $650,000); and
• 4455 Cordata Parkway, Bellingham (not-to-exceed $1,100,000).

The health care facilities described above are all located in the State of Washington.
