Obligor: Comp HC provides a wide range of outpatient and residential mental health, chemical dependency, domestic violence and other related services in Benton-Franklin, Kittitas, Walla Walla, and Yakima counties.  These services are provided to all ages and at a variety of levels of intensity ranging from educational classes, to outpatient counseling to acute residential treatment.

Loan Size: $5,157,500

Description of Loan: Proceeds of the loan will be used to (1) expand and remodel a facility located at 1520 Kelly Place in Walla Walla, WA; (2) remodel Comp HC’s Yakima Center Medication Assisted Treatment Program Clinic; (3) reimburse Comp HC for prior capital expenditures associated with the projects; and (4) pay issuance costs.

Interest Cost Savings: It is anticipated by Comp HC that it will save approximately $251,100 in interest costs over traditional taxable interest rate financing over the term of the loan. Any savings realized by the organization are directed into additional units of service for the community served.
